Quiet lately.

The truth is, I’ve been in a rut. Between navigating the ebbs and flows of business, managing health hurdles, and trying to show up as the best version of myself for my kids, the creative tank has been empty.

I’m learning that showing up doesn’t always mean posting. Sometimes it just means surviving the season until the fog lifts.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of it all, too—this is your permission to take a breath and step back. I’m still here, just taking things one quiet day at a time.

Last night we sat with the kids and looked at photos of them right after they were born. They were so interested in what they looked like, and had many questions about how babies are made haha 😅

It was so crazy to look at them now at 9 and 7 and compare them to what they looked like as newborns.

For a split second it made me wish I could have another baby.
Then I remembered how old I am, and that I had my tubes removed a few months ago 😂

I’m just gonna hold all of your baby’s to get my baby fix, mmmk?!
