Planning an event? Save this one.

There’s a lot more to creating a great party than picking decorations, ordering food and hoping everything comes together on the day.

The little details matter.

Guest flow. Entertainment. Setup times. Age groups. Vendor requirements. Weather plans. And most importantly — how you want your guests to actually experience the event.

We’ve put together some of our biggest DO’S & DON’TS of party and event planning to help make your next celebration a little easier.

Swipe through, save this post for later, and send it to someone currently planning an event.

And if you’d rather have some help bringing it all together, Magic Pixie Entertainment offers entertainment and event planning options for celebrations big and small.

Let’s create something memorable.
