The tradition of great Italian cooking has been passed on to me from my grandmother who spent all her days in the kitchen making recipes that were passed on by my great-grandmother. ntous occasions or just feel like having a home-cooked meal,Cucina Farina is the one dining experience that has all the right ingredients. Intimate dinner parties, the chef –Anita Farina cooks for you and your guests a delicious menu designed by you. Hot and cold buffets, corporate luncheon, company catering, and family gathering; whatever the occasion our planning coordinator will design a function to fit your needs. We also offer cooking classes; the classes are made up of six to eight people. In the most part a three service meal is made by the chef and assisted by the students, an entrée, a main dish and dessert. There are several menus available for you to choose, from casual luncheon with salads, sandwiches and our homemade pizza to elegant dinners. In addition to our standard menu you can choose from an assortment of party platters to further simplify those events at your home or office. We look forward to assist you on your next function.
