I gave a cookie workshop this morning at the community café. 4 ladies, 4 types of cookies, laughs, sampling and Christmas music was on hand.

Gluten free cookies included cardamon lime, sugar with homemade raspberry jam, star sugar cookie, Vanillekipferl and Mexican hot chocolate spicy.

German Stollen have been around for nearly 700 years and are one of the most famous and beloved of all Christmas pastries. Made with homemade candied orange peel and marzipan (both super easy to make), it is Flaky, moist, and divinely flavorful, homemade German Christmas Stollen are INCREDIBLE! Just ask my hubby!

Dates square cookies, it’s been a while!

These are perfect with a cup of coffee (or tea!) on a lazy fall afternoon.

Came up with this recipe to cut down the calories of the dated squares! It worked and they are delicious. Satisfies my craving.
