There is a certain beauty in a celebration that doesn’t need to compete for attention — every detail simply belongs.

For this elegant event, layers of crisp white florals and fresh greenery were paired with soaring glass candleholders, warm candlelight and classic gold seating. Abundant arrangements of white roses and hydrangeas created a sense of understated luxury, while the repetition of candlelight throughout the room gave the entire space a beautiful glow. 🕯️🤍

The result was clean, romantic and effortlessly sophisticated — proof that a restrained palette can make an extraordinary statement.
At Designs by Diane, we believe timeless design isn’t about following trends. It’s about creating a setting that will look just as beautiful in your photographs decades from now as it did the moment you walked into the room.

It was an honour for Designs by Diane to create the décor for the Windsor Police Chief’s Gala, held at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts — an evening that called for a setting every bit as distinguished as the occasion itself.

A striking palette of deep police blue and warm gold set the tone, with lush arrangements of blue and green hydrangeas, fresh greenery and elegant candlelight bringing richness and dimension to the room. Gold linens added warmth, while the dramatic centrepieces and beautifully dressed tables created a polished atmosphere from the entrance through to the stage.

For us, events like this are about more than making a room beautiful. They’re about creating a setting that honours the occasion, welcomes the guests and makes the evening feel truly special.
We were incredibly proud to play a part in bringing this distinguished Windsor event to life. 💙✨

🐅🌿 THEME SPOTLIGHT: TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE

For this celebration, we traded the ordinary for something a little more wild.

Lush tropical greenery, warm ambient lighting, animal prints and larger-than-life safari guests transformed the room into an immersive jungle escape. From the dramatic entrance to the tablescapes and unexpected props around every corner, this was a theme designed to make guests feel like they had stepped into another world. 🦓🐘✨

Adventure. Style. Unforgettable. Because when we do a theme, we don’t just decorate the room — we create the experience.

🌿✨ FRESH. LUSH. BEAUTIFULLY UNFORGETTABLE.

There’s something incredibly elegant about letting nature take centre stage.

Lush tropical greenery, crisp white florals and warm candlelight create a look that feels fresh, sophisticated and effortlessly romantic. From a waterfront ceremony framed in greenery to statement centrepieces, intimate tablescapes and a picture-perfect backdrop, every detail works together to create one beautiful experience. 🤍🌿

And that’s what Designs by Diane is all about. Weddings, corporate events, socials or themed celebrations — we don’t simply decorate a space. We transform it for the occasion.

Your event. Your style. Beautifully brought to life.

🤠🌻 THEME SPOTLIGHT: LET’S GET A LITTLE COUNTRY!

Boots, barrels, horses, rustic wood and plenty of good old-fashioned country charm — when we do Western, we go Western. 🐎

From country weddings and barn-style celebrations to corporate parties and special events, we can turn just about any space into a setting straight out of the Wild West.

Big or small. Simple or completely over the top. You bring us the occasion, and we’ll bring the West.

So dust off those boots and grab your cowboy hat — this party’s going country! 🤠🌻

Who says an unforgettable celebration has to play by the rules?

For this Gothic-inspired wedding , we embraced the darker side of event design with dramatic black, deep crimson roses, feathers, towering candelabras and flickering candlelight — creating an atmosphere that was elegant, mysterious and just a little wicked. 🕯️🌹

And Gothic certainly isn’t just for weddings. Milestone birthdays, Halloween parties, corporate events, galas, anniversaries or simply an excuse to throw one spectacular party — give us a theme and permission to run with it.

Dark and romantic. Mysterious and theatrical. Or completely over the top. Your event doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s.

🌿✨ THEME SPOTLIGHT: AN EVENING IN CENTRAL PARK

Who says you need to travel to New York to spend an unforgettable evening in Central Park?

For this themed event, we brought the romance of the park indoors with lush greenery, flowering trees, garden-inspired florals and glowing street lamps — creating the feeling of an elegant evening stroll through one of the world’s most iconic settings. 🌳✨

From the tablescapes to the smallest details, the room became more than a venue. It became the destination.

That’s the magic of a great theme — your guests don’t just see it. They step inside it.
