Kim, our Sunday Zumba instructor, leading the crowd at Relay for Life at SFU. Looks like everyone had a great time!
You can join Kim on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am for Zumba and at 10:30 am for Zumba Toning (like Zumba but with light weights.)
We also have Zumba on Saturday mornings at 8:45 am with Quan (also equally fabulous 🙂 ) for a double dose of Zumba at DFD on the weekends!

A workshop to help you hear the beat, find "the one" (musically speaking of course 😉) and dance on time!

The goal of this workshop is to give participants the vocabulary, the understanding and some tools for a greater engagement with and enjoyment of the music in their dancing.

This workshop will focus on West Coast Swing but the vocabulary, concepts and skills learned are applicable to all genres of dance.
