2020 was certainly a year that will never be forgotten. It's been a hard one, a year that we hope never repeats itself. The struggles felt by small businesses across Canada has been devastating. So many have closed and so many more are doing everything they can to just hang on.

To explain or describe the roller coaster of emotions is not an easy task. Lives have been changed in drastic ways this year. The heartbreak is real. The frustrations are real. The sadness is real.

To simply say "thank you" to all of our clients, friends and family that have continued to do all they can to support us through this year's mess doesn't feel like enough but know that without it, we wouldn't still be plowing through to get to what hopefully is a more positive year.

So thank you. Simple but the truth.

Happy New Year's to everyone far and wide and here is to a brighter 2021!

Soup for May 4 to 8 – the customer favourite from the café – Creamy Chicken Artichoke and Mushroom

LUNCH – No modification to sandwiches please

Presented as an individually packaged lunch box. Select from the following:

Turkey on Cranberry Sourdough $10 – sliced roasted turkey with bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce and swiss cheese

Pastrami on Marble Rye $10 – sliced Italian pastrami on marble rye bread, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and grainy mustard

Chicken Caesar Wrap $10 – crisp romaine lettuce, smoked bacon, roasted chicken, Caesar dressing

Pulled Pork Sandwich $10 – delicious pulled pork made inhouse on a brioche bun with home made coleslaw

Roasted Veggie Wrap $10 – roasted veggies, fresh veggies and swiss cheese

Chicken Pesto Salad $8 – diced roasted chicken salad with a hint of pesto, lettuce and tomato

Black Forest Ham $8 -, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, mustard and mayonnaise

Egg Salad $8 - traditional egg salad with a hint of mustard

Select one of the above boxes with either our weekly soup or Signature Salad.

DINNER – No modification to meals please – Summer 2019 Wedding Favourites

Each week Signature Catering will offer several dinner options. All meals will be made fresh, daily, with instructions for heating. Great for picking up on your way home from work

1. Rosemary Chicken $13 – creamy rosemary sauce tops our roasted chicken served with Yukon gold mashed and veggies

2. Beef Dijonaise $13 – tender AAA beef tenderloin in a rich Dijonaise sauce served with Yukon Gold mashed and veggies

3. Vegetarian Lasagna or Meat Lasagna for two $20 – ln house made lasagna for 2

4. Stuffed Chicken $13 – stuffed chicken with Havarti cheese, roasted red pepper and capicolli. Topped with our roasted red pepper cream sauce served with Yukon gold mashed and veggies

5. Wild Salmon $13 – wild salmon topped with our miso maple glaze served with Yukon gold mashed and veggies

** Order any of the above in FAMILY SIZE which feeds 4-5 people for $60.00

** LASAGNA Family size comes with salad and dinner rolls**

**Dinners can be picked up at our kitchen in Walnut Grove during the appropriate time of 5pm to 6pm as ready to eat or heat and serve with instructions.

**Dinner deliveries – Thursday and Friday only
