Progress is slow but moving along. Will all be well worth the wait….

Hey there! We’re April and Jason — the fire behind Fire, Oak & Smoke BBQ Co.!

Our BBQ story started in the most unexpected place — in the car, driving to hockey arenas and baseball diamonds as our boys, Austin and Aiden, chased their dreams. Those trips turned into a family tradition of searching for great BBQ wherever we went. Eventually, tasting it wasn’t enough… we wanted to make it.
What began as backyard experiments quickly grew into competing in local BBQ events — and the success we found there made us realize something important:
BBQ wasn’t just something we enjoyed. It was something we wanted to share.
So, we started Fire, Oak & Smoke BBQ Co. to bring that same rich, smoky, slow-cooked goodness to Cornwall and the surrounding area. We take our time with our food — quality meats, homemade rubs and sauces, cooked low and slow until they’re packed with flavor and fall-apart tender.
But what we love most about BBQ is how it brings people together. The conversations, the laughter, the way a really good meal can turn a moment into a memory — that’s what makes us different and keeps us going.
If you’re looking for something a little different from the usual takeout — something with heart, flavor, and a bit of that “wow, this is really good” feeling — we’d love to cater your next gathering.
