Featuring soft neutral tones, fresh greenery, elegant florals, and modern geometric details, this setup created the perfect romantic focal point for the evening. Even with the rain earlier in the day, this ceremony space turned out absolutely breathtaking 🤍✨

The soft overcast skies, the stone backdrop, the romantic florals, and the rain-kissed aisle created such an intimate and timeless atmosphere. Sometimes those unexpected wedding day moments end up making everything feel even more magical.

One of the coolest and most personal guest book ideas I’ve seen 🤍✈️

Instead of a traditional guest book, guests took photos using a Fuji camera throughout the night and added them alongside handwritten messages and memories for the couple. To make it even more meaningful, they incorporated a travel-inspired book where guests could share their favourite places they’ve travelled, travel advice, dream destinations, and recommendations for future adventures together.

Such a fun, interactive way to create memories they’ll actually look back on for years to come — not just signatures on a page, but stories, laughter, photos, and little pieces of the people they love most 🌎✨

For those who are new here, hi I am Chelsea— The face behind the timelines, décor setups, emergency kits, vendor calls, and all the little details that make wedding days come to life ✨

I’ve been in the wedding industry for over 15 years, and my journey actually started as a bartender and lead server at a wedding venue. Being behind the scenes for so many weddings gave me such a deep understanding of what truly makes a wedding day flow smoothly, and from there, I completely fell in love with the industry.

Now, as a wedding planner and coordinator for the last 10 years, I get to do what I love most — creating beautiful, organized, stress-free wedding days while building genuine connections with my couples along the way.

I’m also a mama to my sweet 4-year-old son, who inspires me every single day to keep building a career I’m passionate about. 🤍

I’m extremely detail-oriented, probably notice things most people don’t, and truly care about making every couple feel supported, understood, and excited throughout the entire planning process.

These florals deserved their own moment on the feed because I genuinely cannot get over how stunning they turned out. From the soft romantic whites to the perfectly placed greenery, every bouquet felt elegant, timeless, and effortlessly beautiful.

One of the best parts about this wedding was getting to work alongside not only an incredibly talented florist, but also one of my personal good friends, Catherine. Watching her bring a vision to life so flawlessly is always amazing, and these bouquets were truly something special.
