Summer is almost here, and with it comes a few changes to our shop hours ☀️🌸

As we settle into the slower pace of the season, we'll be adjusting our hours for the summer months while continuing to create beautiful flowers, thoughtful gifts, and meaningful experiences for our community.

An evening of flowers, candlelight, creativity, and good conversation ✨

Join us on June 5th for Wicks & Wildflowers, a collaborative workshop experience with Harp & Fin and

During this cozy hands on evening, you’ll be guided through two creative workshops:
• A custom soy candle pouring experience where you’ll create your own scent blend
• A floral design workshop where you’ll build a fresh seasonal hand tied bouquet using locally sourced blooms

Your ticket includes:
• Guided candle workshop
• Guided floral workshop
• Your custom 9oz soy candle
• Your hand tied bouquet
• Light refreshments & snacks
• A relaxed, community focused evening

Getting ready for a beautiful week at the WOY Awards + Women’s Expo ✨🌸

We’ve been busy creating fresh floral pieces behind the scenes and cannot wait to bring all the colour, creativity, and floral magic to this year’s events. From the awards to the expo floor, it’s going to be such an inspiring celebration of women, business, and community.

We’re also so excited to be hosting our floral workshop at the Women’s Expo 💐 Join us as we share our favourite techniques for creating gorgeous, elevated bouquets and styling florals with intention. Workshop spaces are limited, and please note you’ll need a Women’s Expo ticket in order to attend the workshop.

Some of the best brands start small. A kitchen table, a late night idea, a handmade product, a dream that slowly starts taking up more space.

This summer, we want to help create more room for those brands to be seen!

We’re officially accepting inquiries for curated pop up partners within our retail and event space in Belmont Village ✨

This opportunity was created for intentional small businesses looking to connect with a new audience in a more elevated, community driven environment. Think less temporary market setup and more thoughtfully integrated retail experience.

We’re looking for brands that align with the heart of what we value here at Harp & Fin. Handmade goods, women owned businesses, artists, makers, wellness brands, natural products, creative concepts and thoughtful small businesses that care deeply about what they create.

Selected pop up partners will receive space within our storefront/event space for a 30 day period with the ability to style their setup in a way that feels true to their brand. Vendors will staff their own pop up space and manage their own sales while becoming part of the ever evolving experience inside our shop.

Our goal is simple. We want Harp & Fin to continue feeling like a space where people can discover beautiful things, connect with local businesses, and experience creativity in a way that feels personal and inspiring.

We also have some exciting opportunities surrounding Bestival later this season that may be a great fit for aligned brands 👀

One second you’re helping them pick out backpacks for school and the next you’re coordinating dress colours, boutonniere ribbons, and prom photos.

We’re officially taking preorder requests for prom corsages, boutonnieres, pocket florals, and more and honestly, creating these pieces is always one of the sweetest parts of the season for us.

Everything is custom designed to match your look. Dress colour, suit details, ties, Pinterest inspo, the vibe you’re going for, all of it ✨

Soft and romantic, modern and editorial, colourful and playful. We’ll help bring the whole look together.

Our busiest prom weekends book up quickly every year, so we definitely recommend getting your preorder in early 🤍

Mentally, we’re still somewhere between Mother’s Day bouquets and espresso number four ☁️🌸

Last week was one of those weeks that reminds us why we do what we do. The flowers, the stories, the gift giving, the last minute runs, the conversations at checkout, the familiar faces, the new ones too. It was truly such a special week inside the shop.

This week, we’re shifting gears and getting ready for the Women of the Year Awards & Expo next weekend and we’re so excited to be part of it 🤍

Happy Mother’s Day to every kind of mother figure out there 🌷

To the women who raised us, supported us, encourage us, checked in on us, loved us fiercely, and somehow always knew exactly what we needed before we did.

And especially to my own mom… thank you for showing me how powerful softness, strength, and kindness can be all at once. So much of who I am, and what Harp & Fin has become, started with you.

I hope today feels slow, beautiful, celebrated and full of love in all the ways that matter most 💖
