We welcome everyone to join in the warmth, friendship, and unmistakable Alpine spirit that has defined us for more than 70 years The Alpine Club was founded as a social club in 1953 by Wilhelm Hoegler, Walter Mausser, August Goestel, Cyril Hribar, Frank Hutter, Bert Kresse, Josef Mausser, Anton Pleschinger, Josef Primosch and Josef Sigmund. Great games this week, but sad seeing both Germany and Austria heading home early from World Cup 2026.

The food and friendships made so far have been great.

Looking forward to seeing everyone out to catch Canada take on Morocco in Round of 16. This will be a historic match and we cannot wait to see you all there!

So great to have so many familiar and new friends out to cheer on Canada today! And to the next round we go!!!!

Great to have so many regulars out today and nice to see some new faces too! Germany may have lost but they played hard right until the end - Ecuador just wanted it more.

Be sure to join us Sunday when Canada takes on South Africa (3 pm) and Monday when Germany plays their next match (430 pm) - we would love to see you!

Remember admission is always free, everyone is welcome, food is served up every game and of course the bar is open!

TODAY we have a DOUBLE HEADER!! First up Canada Soccer vs Switzerland at 3pm and then Brazil vs Scotland at 6pm.

Kitchener Waterloo Deutsches FanHaus and the Alpine Club of Kitchener along with Mia San KW invite you all to cheer along side us all !

Kitchen will be open starting at 2:30pm serving up delicious food and treats!
