A little over a year ago, our original guitarist Sean Steele flew out from Western Canada and we flocked to Locust Ridge Studios in Baden, Ontario, for a week of live-off-the-floor recording with our engineer/producer and pal Mackenzie J. Jordan. Mack played rhythm guitar on all of the songs and helped us take them to another level. The album was highly collaborative; for example, "Digging a Hole" and "Moth Sigh View" were created from minimal demos. Sean has some magical guitar moments throughout the album, and we were lucky to have the one and only Eric Vanier on the kit once again with his fabulously funky drumming and creative ideas. We are also grateful for having some musical guests join us on this project, including David Pepe Celia (guitar) and Steve Lavery (synth, organ), with whom we tracked "Bloom", as well as our newest member, Daniel Honsberger, who shines on "Tension". The album was mixed by Mackenzie Jordan and mastered by Noah Mintz (Lacquer Channel Mastering)...we think you're gonna like what you hear! Last but not least, the whimsical, vibrant album art was designed by Terry Betts (Moosefactory Arts). You're gonna have to grab a CD or LP to see the rest of the scene.

Thank you to all of YOU who have supported us in ANY way -- we absolutely love making music, but... if a guitar strums in the forest and there's no one there to hear it...then did it really strum??? 🎸🌲

The other night at felt like stepping straight into a kaleidoscope of sound as Psychedelic P**n Crumpets unleashed one of the most electrifying, heavy performances I’ve seen in ages. 🔥 The whole place was vibrating — riffs roaring, lights warping, and the crowd fully locked into the chaos.
It’s been forever since I’ve witnessed real crowd surfing, moshing, and even a pet jamming along at a concert with music I genuinely love. The energy was raw, wild, and totally alive — the kind of night that reminds you why live music matters.
Huge shoutout to for delivering a psych-rock storm Toronto won’t forget anytime soon.

What an absolute vibe at with the incredible ! 🔥✨ From the first groove to the last horn blast, the energy in that room was unreal. There’s something about the way they layer funk, soul, psych, and rhythm that hits you right in the chest. Toronto showed up and the band delivered a performance that felt electric from start to finish.If you ever get the chance to see Ghost Funk Orchestra live, go. Trust me.
Toronto’s music scene is alive and thriving — let’s keep it strong by showing up, supporting artists, and celebrating the venues that make nights like this possible. ❤️🎺
