5 Signs a wedding is running smoothly - that I notice as a wedding planner 👀
1️⃣ - All vendors know the itinerary before hand and know where they should be - sometimes things get delayed it happens. But when vendors are all on the same page and know what’s going on, it helps the day run a lot more smoothly
2️⃣ - No one is stressing about the time - usually it’s the planners job to make sure everything is on time and things are going smoothly. But couples / the wedding party also need to have confidence in their planner that they will take control of things so no one else needs to worry.
3️⃣ - If something doesn’t go to plan, no one really knows. At the end of the day, the only people who know the schedule of the day is the couple, the planner and the other vendors. If things are a bit behind, we adjust , and go with it. Guests usually don’t even realize it wasn’t apart of the original plan, and that’s the whole point!
4️⃣ - There is structure throughout the day - It’s quite rare for a wedding to go smoothly if there’s no structure to make sure the things the couple cares about , happen throughout the day. That’s why it’s so important to have a good timeline for all vendors to have, even if it doesn’t end up being exact times, but still the same result.
5️⃣ - The couple is present and enjoying their day. When a couple is actually enjoying their wedding and not having to worry about every little thing, it creates a better experience for them and their guests. The planner takes on that load so the couple doesn’t have to.
