IT'S SUN SCREEN SEASON! 🧴😎 Did you know...

In order for sunscreen🧴 companies to avoid safety testing of the chemicals☠️ in their products, no more than 0.5 ng/mL of the active ingredients can be absorbed into the body.

When the researchers analyzed the amount of these chemicals ☠️in the blood samples, they found all at higher levels than that threshold 😲. The biggest difference was for oxybenzone🧪, which was found to exceed 20ng/mL on day seven of the study.

Oxybenzone 🧪is a Endocrine-disrupting chemical ☠️that may mimic hormones, cause endometriosis and can pose a risk to reproductive systems. 😟 Oxybenzone 🧪has been increasingly linked to early puberty in girls, low s***m count and male infertility, and an increase in hormone-related cancers in men and women. 😲
