Hi, I’m Jess — the owner and floral designer behind Petals & Posies by Jess. 🤍

If you’re new here, welcome. It’s been a little while since I’ve properly introduced myself, and this little flower-filled corner has grown so much since then.

Petals & Posies began from a love of creating thoughtful, artful florals that feel a little different — modern design, layered texture, intentional colour palettes, and arrangements that feel both elevated and full of personality.

What started as a creative outlet has grown into a boutique floral and gift shop serving the Annapolis Valley with everyday flowers, weddings, events, curated gifts, and same-day local delivery.

Behind the scenes, I’m usually designing with coffee in hand, surrounded by buckets of blooms, eucalyptus everywhere, and constantly sketching new ideas for the next collection. I believe flowers should feel emotional, artistic, and memorable — whether they’re for a celebration, a quiet moment, or just because.

So whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just recently found my page — thank you for being here and supporting this dream of mine. 🌿

History of our calendars:
Our last Advent Calendar was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We invested in a fancy box with the little doors that open. 24 days was a huge stretch for our the little compartments limited what we could put inside the box. Instead of minis sized to fit little compartments, we’ve chosen to create a treasure box with each full sized item lovingly wrapped like a love-filled gift. We will add little surprises (notes, candy etc throughout). The kind of gift I’d create for someone I love dearly. Our hope is that this calendar feels extra special and magical, and personal.
