As new and returning Queen's University students settle back into their homes on campus in residence buildings, it’s also time for a wrap up on our Conference Season operations that keep us and countless other service partners busy over the Summer!

What is conference season?

✅May through August each year we keep several of our campus residence buildings open in order to welcome overnight accommodations guests to Kingston, where you can book your stay right in our website or even Booking.com

What happens during Conference Season?

✅ Group bookings for conferences delegates, sports teams, cycling tours, school groups, organizations and many more
✅Group dining in our dining halls for all-you-care-to-eat Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Queen's University Food
✅Catering services for everything from breaks to gala dinners delivered to the event space on campus Queen's University Food
✅Sports fields and facilities rented collaboratively through Queen's ARC
✅Housekeeping services staffed and delivered reliably all Summer long by Residence Facilities Queen’s University Residences
✅24/7 Front Desk Reps to welcome and assist you during your stay Queen’s University Residences
✅ Room bookings for all plenaries, poster sessions, breakout rooms, banquet dinners, receptions and networking spaces booked Queen's Event Services

This weekend kicked off our first wedding of the season at our Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts venue Queen's University ✨

R+D chose the waterfront patio for the ceremony followed by their reception in the stunning lobby space. Congratulations on your beautiful day! 🤍
