Now Hiring! Mountain Valley Private Dining is seeking to build a team for upcoming events!

We are seeking all Front and Back positions in cities and towns servicing:

Kimberley
Invermere
Radium Hot Springs
Fernie

We are a Contemporary High End & Rustic Cuisine focusing on Regional Mountain dishes from East Kootenay & across the globe . Focusing on sourcing local and sustainable foods as best as possible.

Service styles includes catering for large functions. Tapas for smaller more intimate gatherings. Canapés for cocktail parties.

All events are contract based with day rates. Must have industry experience with a minimum of three years.

Must have reliable transportation

Must be familiar with “ contemporary haute” service for Front of House. Knowledge in synchronized plate service is a bonus but NOT required for the time being.

Wine sommelier experience will be sought for in the near future.

For cooks, must be familiar with mother sauces, grilling, and refined knife techniques.

All candidates will be interviewed via phone call. Accepted candidates will be notified and put on a mailing list for future events. Candidates that are accepted will receive emails regarding events that come up with a minimum of 14 days prior to the event’s start date. More details will be given after interview.
