Working together with the Horses of AMF you will be introduced to practical breathing and mindfulness techniques in a unique environment. Understanding how to use your breath has many benefits both at the barn and in life.

-stress reduction
-advance equestrian skills
-introduction to horses/horse behaviour
-effects of your energy on your horse

Mindful hooves will also provide you with an incredible opportunity to see horses and their potential to connect with humans on a deeper level.
