Consultation
In this 30 minute consultation we will gain an understanding go your current habits, goals and go over the best approach to setting you on the path to your goals (nutrition, exercise, or both), Discover which muscles are “sleeping” and hungering your success and navigate through your current nutrition habits. This consultation includes incredibly useful information you can apply in your everyday life while gaining self-awareness tips you can take with you anywhere!
Personal Training
This program includes 8 virtual one on one sessions (approx. 30-45 minutes, 2 sessions per week) giving us ample time to dig deep into your current wellness structure, lifestyle and habits alongside your health & Fitness goals (for example: weight loss/gaining muscle/ more flexibility). Together you will create a unique, personalized regime that will get you the results you're looking for classes alongside your personal goal setting with our Fitness workbook.
My goal is to show you what you’re capable of, learn what has been holding you back (it may surprise you, and will-power has far little to do with it than you think) and get excited about becoming the best version of yourself through weekly workouts, guidance and goal setting.
Nutrition
There are so many overlooked factors when it comes to Nutrition. Although you may think you “know what to do” I can assure you, you don’t know it all. We are all unique, a product of past and continuously creating our future.
That’s where I come in With over 15 years of hands on knowledge, 50+ certifications and hundreds of success stories, I have no doubt that I can set you on your own, personalized path to success.
There is no end to this journey, it’s a lifestyle and no, it’s not scary. You won’t have to cut out all your favourite foods or drag yourself unwillingly to the gym.
