He has over 20 years experience in various cuisines and styles, and is enthusiastic about learning and teaching healthy, nutritious cuisine. As a devoted yoga and meditation practitioner, Kyle is able to appropriate what he's learned on the mat to facilitate a calm "Zen" approach to any kitchen environment.
