✨ what’s your dream wedding aesthetic? ✨

7 years later - mine is similar, with a few differences:

🌸 hydrangeas. Colour. More flowers!
🎪 tidewater tent 110%
🍷 signature drink = Aperol Spritz
🍽️ chargers. I’d have chargers 🥲

overall though still the dream: married under the willow tree on the lake, tented reception, dancing all night, and so so so much food 🌮🥗🧁🎂

With everything that’s unfolded around The Vibrant Vine, my June 6 bride has officially found a new home at CC Bloom Flower Farm 🌿

And honestly… it has me reminiscing about the last wedding I planned there — lush gardens, mountain views, an airy tent, and those dreamy café lights that hit just right as the sun goes down ✨

This time, we’re layering in an Italian-inspired design and I already know it’s going to be something special.

Let me be honest though… I’ll be fully excited once everything is re-planned 😅

Until then, we pivot, we problem-solve, and we make magic happen anyway.

It’s been a couple of quiet weeks on here—but anything but behind the scenes.

We’ve been deep in 2027 vendor procurement and logistical planning, while simultaneously fine-tuning every detail for our 2026 couples. June meetings are underway, layouts are being finalized, stationery is in production, and Wedding Bundles are officially making their way out.

On top of the weddings already in motion, consultation requests continue to come in—and with only two 2027 dates remaining, the season ahead is taking shape quickly.

We’re now just over a month away from our first wedding at 50th Parallel Estate Winery, and the anticipation for this summer’s celebrations—filled with joy, connection, and gathering—continues to build. 💕🫶🏻🤩🤭

T-minus 52 days until my first wedding of the season ✨

The wedding bundles are out, vendor contacts are being finalized, timelines are taking shape, and the design details are officially starting to come to life. This is the moment where months (and often years) of thoughtful planning begin to feel real.

Here in the Okanagan, the most sought-after wedding weekends are often secured 18 months to 2 years in advance, which means I’ve already been deep in planning with some of my 2027 couples since fall 2025.

While I’m counting down to the first “I do” of this season, behind the scenes I’m also helping future couples secure their dream venues, curate their guest experience, and bring their vision to life for 2027 and beyond.

So if an Okanagan wedding has been on your heart, consider this your sign: 2027 is closer than you think, and the best dates are already beginning to go.

I truly can’t wait to watch this season unfold and continue dreaming up what’s next with my future couples. It’s almost show time. 🩵

✨ Clocked In vs. Clocked Out ✨

Clocked in:
I’m your planner, organizer, designer, problem solver, timeline creator, logistics queen, and the calm presence behind every beautifully orchestrated wedding day. From the big vision to the tiniest details, I’m fully in my element bringing celebrations to life.

Clocked out:
I’m mama to two littles, an outdoors enthusiast, adventure seeker, and a travelling busy body always chasing the next memory. I love country music (80s + 90s is the best), boating, reading, and gathering people. You’ll usually find me soaking up sun in the Okanagan, exploring somewhere new, or making magic in the everyday with my family.

The truth is, both versions of me are what make me the planner I am — grounded, creative, adaptable, and deeply passionate about creating meaningful experiences. 🤍

✨ RENTALS ✨

Double checking rentals = one of the many invisible things your planner is doing behind the scenes. ✨

Weddings require so many rentals — from the obvious large pieces like tenting, washroom trailers, chairs, tables, and lounge furniture, to the tiny details that make the design feel complete: taper candles, napkins, specialty glassware, garbage cans, and yes… even the plate beneath your dinner.

My job is to curate it all, imagine how every piece works together, plan for what’s needed, and then confirm every last item so nothing gets missed. Quantities, delivery windows, setup logistics, backup plans, and all those little details that quietly make the day run beautifully.
It’s one more thing we take off your plate… hah, get it? 🍽️

The magic of a seamless wedding day is often in the things you never have to think about — because I already did.

✨ Day Of Coordination ✨

Included in both my partial and full planning experiences is seamless, full-service day of coordination. This is where everything comes together. My team and I work alongside your vendor team to ensure your day flows effortlessly—on time, beautifully executed, and completely taken care of from start to finish (including set up and tear down).

A typical wedding day for us starts around 9–10am with pickups and venue arrival, and often runs through to 1–2am. And if needed, we’re back the next day to wrap up final details, connect with vendors, and leave everything exactly as it should be.

I am boots on the ground. There is no job that is beneath me - from picking up broken glass, picking up dog p**p (hello private property events), to mopping the floors. Hauling out glassware, driving vehicles home, and making sure the last guest has departed safely. I act as the liaison between the bride + groom, the venue, the vendors, and the guests.

I’m the calm, consistent presence behind the scenes—so you can be fully present, knowing everything is handled.
