A long time ago (at Earls) we learned about the "expressed and unexpressed wishes of the guest", an idea of going above and beyond without being asked to.... which is now a core focus of our catering service.

Maybe it's a cocktail hour snack, an alternative to a formal sit-down reception, or a backyard party; our clients have been loving the Canapé parties. (and so have we!)

More than 3/4 of our 2024 events had Canapés and can you blame them, why settle for 1 entree when you can have half a dozen different bites.

Maybe you've noticed a bit of a hiatus from us?

Well, that's for good reason; our Culinary Director Chris took some time away to be with his newborn daughter over the winter months, and we chose to slow down business purposely.

2025 welcomes our busiest year yet for bookings, and it's only February! Plus, can't forget to mention to new menus, product sourcing, staff, venues, vendors, and excitement.

We want to say we do it all for you guys, but we'd be lying if we said we didn't love it for ourselves as well.
