We had an incredible time at Back to Batoche Days this year! It was such a pleasure to bring our bouncy castles back to the event and see so many happy, smiling kids enjoying the fun.

I get asked this a lot, so I thought I’d explain our policy 👇

Why is it the same price for a few hours or all day?”

We charge a flat day rate because once it’s booked, the inflatable is reserved just for you — no overlaps, no double bookings.

It takes up our day to make sure everything is perfect: delivering, setting up, cleaning, checking that it’s in safe working order, then packing it down and bringing it back. Travel time alone ties up a big part of the day!

This approach helps us give you a stress-free experience, with plenty of time on both ends to make sure everything goes smoothly.

🎉 Important Update: Our Cancellation Policy 🎉

At Barker’s Bouncy Castles, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities! To help you plan ahead and avoid any surprises, here’s a quick overview of our Cancellation Policy:

🌧 Weather-Related Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if weather conditions are unsafe.
✔️ Cancel more than 48 hours in advance due to weather? Your 25% deposit can be transferred to a new date (based on availability).
❌ Cancel within 48 hours? The deposit will be retained and non-transferable.
🔁 Once equipment is set up, no refunds or adjustments will be made for weather changes.

📅 Standard Cancellations (Non-Weather Related)
✅ Cancel at least 7 days before your event: No extra fees.
⚠️ Cancel within 7 days of your event: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total may apply.
💰 Please note: The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable, no matter the reason.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—and we’re always happy to help you reschedule when needed! 💙
