Dear Shelley,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful contribution you made to my daughter Ellen’s wedding. I must admit that as a first time father of the bride I was somewhat naïve about the planning and effort that goes into a successful wedding. I thought that since both Ellen and my wife Susan are very organized people we should be good!

When Ellen suggested involving you as our wedding planner I wasn’t against it but wasn’t sure what was involved. What I discovered is that a good wedding planner is an invaluable part of not only the day but also the lead up to it. Your documented plans and agendas ensured all details were addressed and helped to keep all of us on track. I know your calm manner helped to keep all of us calm and took a great deal of stress out of the day knowing the details were taken care of.

For me, the best part of having you as our wedding planner was seeing how much more Ellen and Susan could enjoy the day knowing that you were there ensuring everything went smoothly.

On November 1st, 2014, Ellen and myself were married in Barrie, Ontario. We were very fortunate and blessed to have Everything Bridal be a part of our special day. Shelley Rumball really made it easy for us as we planned our wedding. Great article on where NOT to cut corners when it comes to planning your wedding! I totally agree with #7....when you realise you may need some help with your special day, you know who to call!

Sure, you might be super close with someone that has DJ'd a few parties, and maybe you do like the idea of your cousin as your officiant. Trust us, keep your friends and family as guests at your wedding and not as vendors....
