Domaine Rolet Cremant Coeur de Chardonnay is a great option for gift and celebration.

The Coeur de Chardonnay is a selection of the winery's best sparkling lots from Arbois and Côtes du Jura. The wine has spent a minimum of 40 months on lees, with a dosage of 4 g/L.

Green apple, lemon brioche, and fresh bread dough is studded with flake salts, and lingering with shining lemon pith and peel. Quite complete, and super smart, drinking well now and with time ahead.
