We’re looking for someone energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.

A minimum of one year professional kitchen experience is required. Must have a vehicle and drivers license.

A few months ago, I approached my friend Rob from RM83 DESIGNS | Rob with an idea. 💡

I wanted a custom multi-level charcuterie board that I could incorporate into my grazing tables. Something that would add height and dimension and give me more options for creating visually interesting displays.

Rob really came through. 🙌 He designed and crafted this stunning piece from three pieces of solid black walnut, sturdy steel supports, and a striking resin detail in our signature Briar Hill green. 💚

But where he really went the extra mile was in the design. The entire piece is modular. The supports detach from the base for easy transport and storage, and the three boards can be configured in different ways depending on what I’m creating. 🪵

And I’ve already put it to work! It made its grazing table debut last weekend at a wedding for 90 guests, and I’ve been using is daily to take pictures of my graze box orders. I love the depth and personality this piece adds for photos! 📸

Rob is an incredibly talented local woodworker here in Innisfil, and if you swipe all the way to the end, you’ll see the man himself, along with a few more of his creations.

Thank you RM83 DESIGNS | Rob for taking the idea I had in my head, figuring out how to make it work, and creating something completely unique for Briar Hill Gourmet. I absolutely love it! ✨

A very special grazing table for a very special day. 🤍

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of creating this spread for 90 guests at Sarah & Ryan’s wedding.

A huge thank you to the local people and businesses who helped me bring this beautiful vision to life:
