Sitting here with my coffee this morning, I'm feeling grateful.
Grateful for my Métis roots, for the stories and teachings that have shaped me, and for the incredible people in my life who show up authentically every day.
June holds space for both Indigenous History Month and Pride Week, and I think that's something worth celebrating.
As a designer, I've always believed that self-expression matters. Whether it's through culture, identity, fashion, art, or simply being yourself, everyone deserves to be seen and respected.
Here's to celebrating who we are, where we come from, and making room for others to do the same.
