Today Breanna assembled Pineapple Chicken Kabobs for a barbecue we cater to tomorrow, Chef Rob smoked some pulled pork for the event along with some beef for our new Brisket Rueben sandwich on the legion menu,and the Legion hosted Joan Gimblett’s 90th Birthday Celebration!

Couples book the Coutts Centre to share their love and vows in our beautiful prairie setting with their wedding parties from 10 to 200 guests. There are some openings this season and we’re booking into 2027 and beyond.

We will be hosting an open house for potential wedding bookings on Sunday June 28 from 10am - 3 pm

Our First wedding of the year was at the Davisburg Hall last night. Dropped off a sandwich board at lunch for foothills county and catered the teachers awards event at the Highwood Centre on Thursday. We have welcomed a new staff member to our team. Her name is Breanna. She will be very helpful for us with both kitchen prep at the legion and catering events. 🤗

This is our friend Peter from the Little Bow Colony. He brings us fresh eggs every week for our Legion breakfast menu and our baking. We showcased the eggs at the The colony provided us with 900 eggs for events this past week. ❤️
