Hot Sunny August Day, East Quarter, Hastings Waterfront Festival 2025 ☀️

What a Success! East Quarter, Shout Outs!! 📣

As we all know, behind this success stands a ‘legion’ of community members, without whom The East Quarter, Hastings Waterfront Festival 2025 would not have happened! The Gen Bridge, led by Jessie Stinson, has been at this since February, crafting the concept of the “East Quarter” with our business partner, The River’s Edge, and working closely with the Hastings Waterfront Festival Committee to bring it to life. By bringing in
“Gen” regulars to grace the East Quarter Stage, Jessie brought the East Quarter to life! All this while managing The Gen Bridge at the same time! Bravo Jessie!

Thank you to the ‘legion’ at The Gen - Annie, Juliet, Sarah, Kim, Ella, Heather & Audrey - all hands on deck, from set up to take down, social media to ‘ring & wrap’, fried onions
to BOBs!

Thank you to our Musical Guests – Lindsay Glover, The Hastings Ukulele Band, and Rich Stewart!

Thank you to our local community vendors and artists - The Hub Sauce Co., Syre’s Studio, Cups+cakes, Northumberland Cat Adoption, Skye Morrison, (once again for ‘nuthin but fun’
