Some rental information below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I (Candice) have gone back to work part time for the summer, we are still doing private birthday rentals, however my response time is going to be slower!

Keeping things simple for everyone when you message please include:

1. Which castle you're looking to book we currently have 3 available.
Princess Palace (water/dry)
Monkey'N Around (water/dry)
Rock Crawler (dry with ball pit*)

2. The date you're looking to book.

3. Location for delivery- if you can not pick up in Upper Brighton (delivery fee is based on KMs traveled).

📌️If you inquire about pricing, and receive a quote from me, and I don't hear back from you, I assume you do not want the rental and I don't book you in, if someone comes along and wants the same day and castle, I will try my best to reach out to you first but I can't guarantee I will remember to check back with you.

🗓If you wish to complete the booking there is a $20 non-refundable booking fee which is NOT included in the cost of the rental. This MUST be paid before you are booked in for the rental.

🚗Deliveries are now subjected to a 50% deposit upfront, if you choose to cancel the rental before 48 hours of your date, you will recieve your deposit back minus the $20 booking fee.

All remaining payments are due the day of rental.

Unfortunately, The Triple Play has been damaged mysteriously and we need to see if we can have it repaired before it can be rented out again. 😥

Please note; we are taking a pause on taking any castle rental bookings from May 3rd until May 13th.

*Edit* We are NOT stopping Rentals, if you're booked in or have been in contact prior to these dates for any upcoming bookings, I will still be in contact with you.

We need to move our pick up area and build a new storage area, as well check all castles to ensure they are rentable and everything is working smoothly on them after most were stored all fall and winter, and 3 we have never set up or posted before, which we think will make everyone happy, think bigger and better ones :)
