Let’s talk estates - I personally love planning for estates, whether it be family owned or a curated company owned venue.
I find they each have their own character and style, something that caters to everyone’s tastes or lifestyle for any celebration.
They range from elaborate, elegant, manicured mansions to moderate, quaint and cottage-esque heritage homes.
The beauty of planning a property event is the freedom to customize how you want your event to be - whether using the indoor and/or outdoor spaces provided by the property. This makes some great use of space to mingle among guests. And a bonus is, they are great to celebrate at any time of the year!
Since a venue should be the second item on your planning list to choose from (ideally), you want to carefully ensure you are picking the right place and space to map out how you want to plan your event.
Your planner should be there to help you decide what suits best for your celebration and the theme you want to convey working alongside the venue or property owner.
The rule of thumb is, choosing a property whose landscaping and architecture match the theme or look you want to have. This is the most easiest and effortless way of planning on a property. You want to utilize the beauty of the property to its fullest for full effect and entertainment.
