A new restaurant in Hamilton is serving up delicious, comforting Nigerian cuisine.
Christie’s Kitchen is now open at 718 Main Street East in the former home of Bruno’s 2 for 1 Pizza, specializing in a wide variety of Nigerian and West African dishes.
The restaurant primarily offers takeaway and catering options, and the menu is full of varied options like savoury Chicken La La, egusi soup, jollof rice, and an array of stews and appetizers.
Those who want something catered will also have no shortage of options, with tons of homemade stews, soups, sauces, meat dishes, salads, and beyond to choose from on Christie’s hearty menu of traditional Nigerian fare.
In a city dominated by pizzerias and pubs, it’s refreshing to see something a little less typical open up shop in Hamilton’s food scene!
