Our Comp Squad is crushing it!

We still have one more stop for the 2025-2026 Ninja Season, FINA Worlds in July!

It's always fun at practice this time of year! This is the time where you can see the how far our athletes have come since day 1 of the season! It becomes more about having fun at practice, and fine-tuning the skills they've been building all year.

TWF Hamilton's very own Provincial Champion!

Lorraine represented our squad in the Masters Female division, and conquered almost every podium she was a part of, including the Provincial Championship Podium!

Lorraine is another amazing role model, not only for our squad - which we are so grateful to have her on, but for other athletes surrounding her at each competition. She is always rockin' that contagious smile, no matter the outcome of each comp, which is exactly what this sport is about!

This past weekend our Comp Squad went to their 2nd home to compete in this year's Top Ninja Challenge - as well as 2 FINA Sectionals!

It was an amazing weekend, with two great courses! We really saw some of the best Ninjas to chalk up compete, and many of them were right on this squad!!

Masters, Here he comes!

We want to celebrate Luke, as this past weekend he has competed at his last Regular Season Competition as an Amateur/Adult! Next Season Luke makes his way to the Masters Division.

In a division where you are competing against athletes as much as 14 years younger than you, some of them Elite Coaches from other Ninja Gyms, you have done absolutely amazing!

We think you've earned your way into the Masters division, and not just due to age. Your commitment to honing your skills, and helping the next generations of Ninja, is truly inspiring. We are grateful to have you on our team Luke, and we can't wait to see how you end your last season in the Amateur division!
