This winter, over 1,000 clients travelled and countless memories were made ❤️

Flights boarded.
Suitcases packed.
17 couples said “I do” in paradise.
Over 900 guests travelled to celebrate destination weddings.
Three multi-generational family groups created memories together in the sun.
Friends reunited.
Honeymoons began.
First vacations were taken.
Sunsets were watched with sandy toes and ocean views.

And behind every itinerary, rooming list, flight change, wedding detail, and late-night message was a client who trusted me to help make it all happen.

This winter season was filled with destination weddings, family vacations, group getaways, honeymoons, and once-in-a-lifetime celebrations across Mexico and the Caribbean — and I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of so many special moments.

There are some moments in this job that remind me exactly why having the right travel advisor matters. ✨

A few moments after disembarking from her flight, one of my brides realized something every bride fears…

She forgot her wedding dress on the aircraft. 😳👰🏼

By the time she remembered, she wasn’t allowed back on the plane. Panic instantly set in.

At that moment, unsure of what else to do, she reached out to me, and I got to work.

I immediately started contacting every connection I had through the tour operator, airport contacts, and support teams to track down where the dress ended up. After hours of calls, messages, and digging, we finally got an answer…

The dress had continued on to Toronto. ✈️

From there, we coordinated getting it on the next available flight and rushed to ensure it arrived in destination in time.

And just 24 hours before the wedding… her dress was delivered safely. 🤍

Hearing the relief in her voice when I told her it was on its way was something I’ll never forget.

People often think travel advisors just “book trips,” but behind the scenes, we problem solve, advocate, troubleshoot, and step in during the moments that matter most.

Spent last week soaking up the sun at Princess Grand Jamaica with my family, and it truly exceeded expectations 🤍
