Assalamwalaikum, Happy Ramadan 🌙❤️
Recently we have received a review on our food about the quality and quantity. We have ordered from small businesses like ourselves before starting the business. We have ordered from others to see the taste and quantity they give to take an idea about finalizing our portion. Sometimes the order wasn't even delivered made us wait a week to deliver the food and it wasn't upto my expectations. But we didn’t complain for made its a national issue for a kacchi😂.
Till now we never received a negative review apart from this . Everyone was really satisfied. And it was not just from our friends it was a lot of new customers too. It’s a small business and mistakes tend to happen. As we started the new business we tend to use new products and experiment to see if it enhances the taste. Maybe our recent batch of Beef Kacchi wasn’t up to the mark but I assure you, we have learned from our mistakes and it won't happen again.
Now coming to the review of our valued customer. We understand that the food wasn’t up to your expectations, but if we received negative feedback from our previous customers who ate the food, we could have improved the portion accordingly. We sold him kaachi and borhani for $20 when the price was 23.99 as he was a known friend . Where the borhani is $6 and the kacchi is $14. I don't understand who are you trying to feed in that $14? From what they told me they wanted to have dinner and do seheri with in $14? Wait whatttttttt. We charged him $40 for 2 meal and due to this complain we even refunded half the money. Also told them that we will make it up with a free meal. We are extremely sorry we couldn’t satisfy you. Also to add to the point maybe this was done because he previously had beeeef with one of our business mate not sure if that's also a reason for this kind of review.
We usually use 3lbs boxes to serve food which is enough for a regular person. After taking Tashfi Tanveer Ali feedback into consideration we will be introducing an XL size. The food will be served in 5lbs pound boxes and the price will be set accordingly. On top of everything i hope this ramadan changes you as a person, and blesses you and your family. We dont intend to cheat or scam people specially in this Holy month of Ramadan . Only Almighty knows how much work and effort we have invested in this . We always try to give more to make the customer happy. And we want to encourage our customers to give honest review.
We will be giving away free iftar to the customers who ordered the last batch of kacchi as a gesture of goodwill to have their honest reviews. And we will share them soon.
