Tickets to Geekbounding: Cosplay and Cocktails on Nov 6 are still available, but we've also been selling at a far faster rate than in the past.

IT’S NOT MY FAULT.

So … hi. We’re completely sold out guys! We wanna thank you all for the absolute feral energy that got us this far this fast. We didn't expect it to happen so fast, but WOW.

Just a few FAQs we'll answer here:

Will there be more tickets?: No, on the 19th, we released all tickets for sale at once, and due to capacity and fire regulations, no more tickets can be put on sale. We are fully sold out.

Do you do ticket resales?: No, Hal-Con does not do, or support resale sites or individual resales at higher prices. While we cannot stop those from selling or buying tickets at a higher price, we do not support it. Match Tix on Facebook is the only program we support, as it is not a reseller, but an intermediary that connects sellers with buyers at cost. Please only get your tickets through a safe space like Match Tix, or from someone you actually know. Be safe!

Why don’t you just move to a bigger location?: The Nova Centre is the largest space within the downtown core that allows for driving, walking, transit, etc, is accessible, and has ample places to eat and hotels to stay at.

Why don’t you rent out X/Y/Z?: A LOT goes into the logistics to adding off site spaces, not including if they available to be rented, are accessible, have the space we need, etc.

We promise you, we want Hal-Con to be bigger and better even MORE than you do if that’s even possible, but there’s just so much that has to be worked with, and policies that must be followed to keep it a safe accessible space for all.

Beware of scammers! If you missed out on Hal-Con tickets, contact the good folks at MatchTix to get on their list. Any other option is likely a scam.

As previously posted, please don’t buy tickets from any reseller group Hal-Con has not sanctioned.

MatchTix is the ONLY group that we will stand by as ticket resellers for Hal-Con. It was built out of community need to help others get tickets to the convention, by matching buyers with sellers.

Hal-Con does not run the group, nor do we have a part in it. It is run independently with our blessing. This will be our final post this con season regarding secondary market ticket selling. We will not be tolerating any comments about sales on our posts as to deter bots and scammers. Any individuals doing so in bad faith will be have their comments deleted.

Moving forward, all sales should be sent only through MatchTix.

Tickets are now LIVE for this year's Geekbounding: Cosplay and Cocktails taking place November 6th at 7 PM at Pacifico (day 1 of Hal-Con!)

Tickets have only been live a few hours and our $30 earlybird tickets are already 65% sold out!

Once they're gone, they're gone! But you'll still be able to purchase tickets at the normal rate of $40 after they are.
