They say rain on your wedding day is good luck - and our couples have had LOTS of luck this week!

Dear couples: Wishing you enough rain for a strong knot and a thriving garden, and a powerful love to help you weather the storms.

We can't control the weather (especially in Nova Scotia!), but we can certainly roll with it! And I think that's a beautiful metaphor for both life and love.

A sweet Friday evening elopement kicked off our long weekend in Halifax!

B&B celebrated their love with an intimate ceremony, before heading down to ristoranteamano.hfx to join a small gathering of their nearest and dearest. ❤️

The restaurant holds a special place for them as a spot they frequent for anniversaries and other special ocassions!

We were also reminded of just how small our Halifax community is when we realised: one of the bride's friends had gotten hitched with us too (👋 Ana!), their JP Joseph Allen officiated her brother's wedding a few years back, and I had met her father back when I worked with the Halifax Chamber. Ya just never know who you know! 🫶

Our smallest, most accessible package is Elopement: Short and Sweet!

Includes:
- Couple + 2 witnesses.
- Beautifully designed urban ceremony space in a fresh palette of white, creams and greenery.
- Licensed Justice of the Peace to officiate.
- Post-vows bubbly toast & cupcakes (you can also take them to-go!)
- Professional photographer for ceremony and post-vows photos (posed and candids).

Optional add-ons:
- Livestream your ceremony
- Ceremony officiated by Deva Station
- Additional photography time
