All Christmas Craft Sale Vendor Applicants, including kids, will receive their invoice or wait list letter no later than Friday.
35 applicants will receive the waitlist letter. We are grateful for your application. We try to have a mix of old and new at each event. And we rarely have doubles.

2. Adult Businesses - This is NOT first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed to ensure a mix of various curated craft items. YOU MUST SEND PHOTOS. We cannot approve you without photos.
3. Kids - First come, first served.
4. If selected, you will receive an invoice with details that will be due May 15th.
5. You may not get the size booth you apply for. We do our best, but the space is very limited.
6. This year we will only have 55 booths total.

Please read this post carefully as entries will not be accepted if this criteria is not followed.

1. Open to any adult home based business who wishes to apply and attend the Christmas Craft Sale at WDM on October 17 & 18

2. In comments of this post only, post one single photo of your work and in the caption your business name. That is all.

3. One post only, additional entries will result in all entries deleted.

4. Handmade crafts or baking only. No MLM or resale.

5. Entries close April 25.

6. On April 26 we will post a photo album at which time you can collect votes. Top Vendor(s) will be chosen May 1.

7. Vendor(s) will be awarded $25 off their booth fee. If you are not selected to have a booth at this event you will receive $25 credit to spend at the event. Prize has no cash value.

8. Open to all past and potential future vendors. Kids tables not eligible for this contest.

The Canadian Association for Su***de Prevention (CASP) is grateful for the incredible efforts of Amy and Brett Peacock of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This past October 17th and 18th, Amy and Brett hosted a craft sales event in the heart of their hometown of Saskatoon. The fundraising event brought their community together and featured 51 vendors, including nine entrepreneurs under the age of 16!

Through their collective efforts, Amy and Brett raised more than $3500 for CASP! CASP is overwhelmingly fuelled by the generosity of individual donors; without the initiative and caring support of people like Amy and Brett, we would not be able to engage in the life-saving work we pursue each and every day.

All monies raised help to strengthen CASP’s advocacy, communication, education and overall programming.

Thank to all the shoppers and vendors!!
With over 2,000 shoppers, 51 vendors, two of our favourite runners to assist us, and the team at WDM Saskatoon we were able to raise $7,147.20 for our two charities meaning each one will receive $3,573.61!

We cannot wait to present these wonderful gifts to the Canadian Association for Su***de Prevention and Saskatoon Warm Up Bus!

Vendors: with only one event this year we already miss you all. It was so amazing to see and visit with all of you! We will plan family supper for after the Christmas Season!! Thank you for all you do! You all warm my heart and are so amazing to work with. We have an incredible team/family!!
