Happy Thanksgiving from us at Maple & Oak Rentals. 🍁

It’s been a busy week for us as we celebrated our wedding with family and friends.

As we are starting to slow down for the 2026 season, we just want to say thank you for everyone this year. From all of the couples we met this year and their families to the lovely couples who are planning their weddings or events for 2027/2028, we are so grateful you are making our dreams come true while we help you make your perfect day come alive.

Next up, the Sudbury Wedding Expo on November 15.

And then a couple more weddings to finish out the year! Looking forward to it!

All loaded up for our first wedding of the season Barn + Bliss Wedding & Events!

05/28/2026

Hello everyone!

As we enter the 2026 wedding and event season, we have made the decision to change our name from L.A. Rentals to Maple & Oak Rentals.

What does this mean?
We are operating under a different name. That's it.🙂
For the couples who have booked us for your events, nothing changes. You will just see Maple & Oak Rentals in your messages instead of L.A. Rentals.

We are so excited to continue working with you to help bring your visions to life!

Are you getting married this year or have an event that needs tables, chairs, and or decor?

We have availability for the following 2026 dates.
If you don’t see your date here due to it being on a weekday, Sunday or November/December this year, please contact us! We would be more than happy to discuss with you.

Not sure if we can deliver to your venue? Or curious about pricing?
Reach out and we would be happy to give you a quote.

We look forward to hearing from you!☺️

✨Meet the New Owners✨

Hello everyone!
L.A. Rentals is going through some changes. Over the next little while, we will be moving to a new home and making some changes to the business.
In the meantime we would like to introduce ourselves.

Hi! I’m Caitlyn. My fiancé Ian and I are the new owners of L.A. Rentals. As an engaged couple who are getting married this fall, we understand the challenge of finding tables, chairs, and decor that fit in the budget and don’t break the bank.
Unfortunately I had to sacrifice part of our wedding vision because it didn’t fit within our budget. This was a hard thing to do. I don’t want to see other couples have to go through this. Our goal is to help couples not have to worry about renting items outside of their budget in order to make their dreams come true.
We want you to have your perfect day!

We do have a few dates still available for 2026 as well we are booking 2027.
If you would like more information or a quote, please send us a message and we would be more than happy to help you!

Check out these amazing photos of the Round Barn venue in Sowerby! Located just a short drive down Highway 17 towards the Sault, it's the perfect spot for a beautiful wedding. We’re thrilled to provide our tables for such a special event in this incredible space. 🎉

Shoutout to Mel Hébert-Séguin for making it all happen! 🌿✨ "
