In this post the client had limited space so we installed a tent 16' wide by 48' long. They liked the Rustic look and selectd our harvest tables and wood vineyard crossback chairs. The cross back chairs are under the brown covers we use to protect them during transport.

While we do specialize in weddings we also provide tents for concerts, fairs and coperate events. The first three pictures in this post are taken from a concert with a stage 36 feet long by 16 feet deep, under a tent 40 feet by 60 feet, with window side walls. The location is the Sportsman Inn, in Killarney. The last two photos are of a 40 by 80 tent with solid white side walls, used at the Massey Fair near the event stage.

30 by 90 Clear span tent with ceiling decor, clear roof panels, clear wall panels, an attached 20 by 40 tent with dance floor, perimeter light wall and a stage for the band. The gravel pad was covered with a wood floor.

Silver Chiavari chair in the first picture the chair is set at round tables with silver five branch 40" high candelabras, in a tent. the Second picture has the chairs set up in a hall with slate blue table cloth and clear peacock glass chargers.

Gold chiavari chair shown at three different locations with different cloths and set ups, the first picture is taken at the Caruso Club upper hall and has silver trumpet urns and five branch 40" tall silver candelabras for the centerpiece and gold starburst overlay cloths. The second picture is from the Machine shop in Sault Ste. Marie with the chairs set at long tables with royal blue silk satin cloths to the floor. The last picture is taken at the Idylwylde with the gold chairs set at round tables with a blush rose print cloth to the floor and gold beaded glass charger plates.

When trying to add that rustic feeling to your event consider renting harvest tables. Please be aware that they are wider then regular tables and can effect the layout of your event if space is an issue.
