Lisa Lounsbury is an international keynote speaker, global wellness educator, and
founder of New Day Wellness Inc. She is the author of two books, host of the Your
Wellness podcast, a Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer, and a Menopause and
Wellness Coach. Her wellness journey has been shaped by both passions and challenges, fueling her mission to help others make wellness a priority. A former competitive dancer and pre-Olympic Winter Triathlon competitor, Lisa has also spent over 20 years delivering yoga and fitness programs across the Caribbean. Recognized with multiple awards and deeply involved in community service, she inspires audiences to embrace imperfection and build resilience.
