Before I forget any longer, THANK YOU for doing the lunch for us yesterday. The wraps and veggies were excellent, complimented by everyone, and whatever that dip was for the veggies was delicious! We were all dipping our wraps in it too I think.

Jennifer and Staff:
You catered our meal on Thursday May 28th, at the Red Mill. I just want to express my personal gratitude for a fantastic tasting meal and a job well done. I know the venue created some challenges, but you and your staff shined! The main course pork loin was very tender and moist with a stuffing that was delicious and complimentary without being overpowering. Mashed potatoes and carrots- perfect! I had the spinach salad with rasperry vinegrette- the dressing was terrific with such a fresh salad. The carrot cake and pecan pie were outstanding.
