Im pretty sure I just stumbled across the most amazing restaurant in the world. Cucina Its a Korean chef who studied in Italy. So many choices on the menu, handcrafted Italian dishes and authentic Korean dishes. I had the hardest time trying to decide, but in the end I had to endulge with a Korean dish "Beef Bulgogi". As you all know its almost impossible to impress me, great atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable servers. If your ever in Rocky Mountain House you gotta indulge in some food DEBAUCHERY and have a FOODGASM.

Been to long since we posted anything. Let's just do a recap of some of our phenomenal creations and also thank all of our spectacular clientele for their patronage and participation in our "Work for Meals Program". This year was the lowest amount of meals we traded out for work. Had the funding for more but didn't get as many people who required the assistance. Just a reminder that we do trade an hours labour for a meal for those who can't afford to dine out. A few of our regulars from the years before have come to dine this year and let us know that this program gave them some skills, confidence and motivation to look for employment in the hospitality business and are successfully moving up thier employer's ladder and are enjoying their jobs. If you are enjoying your job it's no longer work. Thank you everyone for your patronage, not only do you get the most incredible meal but you inevertainly contribute to helping our community.

We are open today from 11am to 7pm at Bullets and Broadheads. Tomorrow will be our last day, the Sheriff's services showed up last night to repossess my Pickup that pulls our trailer. We fell behind when we were sick and rent was more of a priority, at the moment im only behind on September rent, hopefully the next 2 days we can generate enough business to get that paid off. They were however nice enough to give me 48 hours to get my belongings out of the Pickup and put trailer away. On our Hot n Ready menu today we have Rhavenous Rhiteous Ribs and Texas Frog Legs (Sweet Cajun Rubbed Quarter Chicken).

We are open today from 11am to 7pm today at Bullets and Broadheads. On our Hot n Ready menu today we have Rhavenous Rhiteous Ribs ,Texas Frog Legs (Sweet Cajun Rubbed Quarter Chicken). Bullets and Broadheads are having a tent sale all week, come on down get a snack and see what deals they have going on. Today was going to be our last day, but Chef decided to let our followers decide. We need to average an X amount of sales to stay viable, so we will evaluate our sales for a 3 day period, if on the second day we are not were we need to be we will inform you and see if day 3 will get us there. It's all in your hands now. Today is day 1 of this system.
