We will not be operating this year, in fact we are looking to sell it to advance to the next level. The unit is 25' long, comes with 3 tier kitchen sink set up, two 20 cubic feet fridges, a commercial line fridge. 30" grill, 2 burner stove top, large capacity smoker and a smoker/warmer. Propane pizza oven (12" Pizza smoker). Large exhaust hood with 5 propane hook ups. Lots of stainless steel cooking inserts, utensils, knives etc. Whole lot of dry storage areas. Fire suppression system recently recharged ( required 10 year recharge). Now let's discuss the extras not on the inside of the unit. 2 more fridges( 18cubic feet each) Huge Coca Cola pop fridge, 2 commercial sliders, 2 deep fryers, huge 2 drawer bun warmer , 2 large capacity stainless steel shelving units. A hole lot more stainless steel cooking sheets, inserts. Pots and pans. 2 deep freezers. Asking $70000, paid 65 for the unit and been improving it each year. Here are a few pics of the it.
