The Annual General Meeting & Elections are scheduled for June 27, 2026. Individuals interested in joining the Board of Directors must meet the following requirements:

• Submit their registration to [email protected] by April 30, 2026.
• Maintain a valid GMRC Membership for a minimum of two months prior to the election date.
• Be a resident in good standing with a physical address located within the East Beaches area.
• Consent to and successfully complete a criminal records check.

Memberships must be purchased and dated a minimum of two months before the election to qualify for Board candidacy. Only valid GMRC memberships can vote in elections. (1-membership = 1-vote)

Memberships can be purchased at the Rec Centre every Tuesday from 3pm - 6pm
(Single-$20 Family- $30 Seniors $10)
