PSA: It’s never too cold for an iced Lindt Chocolate Mocha. That said, if the lake breeze is too brisk, you can always order it hot. Our mochas start with a luxurious in‑house Lindt White Chocolate Ganache and are finished with either Shop Bike Cold Brew or Coastal Coffee Urban Hillbilly Espresso. Stop by and treat yourself – you’ve earned it.

It’s been a minute since Spencer and I have cooked together! We’re at the Four Winds Barn in Brussels serving up our Cuban sandwiches with slow roasted Metzger’s pork belly for the launch of the Abundance Cookbook, which features the passion and skills of many Huron County’s talents.

Have you been to Uptown Sweets in Exeter? It sounds like heaven on earth, to be honest. You can get Culbert's Cream Puffs, Bartliffs Bakery treats, Jerry Rader’s pies, Shaw’s ice cream, and now Cait’s Cafe pastry all in one spot!

In addition to all of that, they have bread, cookies and tarts from other small businesses in Southwestern Ontario.

Now that’s sweet 😉

I happened to be in the cafe this morning when the owner stopped by to pick up some treats from our place for his place. I love talking all things sweet with others.
