There’s something so peaceful and grounding about choosing to elope with just the two of you.

No timelines to chase, no expectations to meet. Just slow, meaningful moments that feel like you.

S + C’s Tofino elopement was exactly that. Getting ready together in a cozy cabin tucked into the ancient rainforest.

Reading your vows to each other under a thousand-year-old tree. Wandering through the forest, soaking in the stillness and magic all around you.

Walking barefoot along the beach, the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Letting the joy consume you.

Sharing a cozy picnic, eating the cake you made, reading letters from your loved ones, and having your first dance by the ocean in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

This is what it can look like to let go of the pressure and create a day that’s rooted in intention, connection, and presence.

Brian + I are heading to Tofino today and staying until Sunday for a full-day elopement on Friday, complete with a helicopter adventure (weather permitting!) and maybe some golden hour magic the next evening with a bit of sunshine in the forecast.

Excited to return to a place that feels like our second home, where we get to capture love and soak in all the wild beauty and magic this unreal place holds. 🌲🌊✨

Jenni + Andrew’s Autumn elopement day was overcast, but still so beautiful and moody. We wanted them to experience the Sunshine Coast in all its splendour so the next day we met up again as the weather was looking so gorgeous. We had the dreamiest golden hour light and a calm, peaceful evening by the ocean. Such a perfect way to wrap up their weekend of celebrations. ❤️

Autumn in Tofino hits differently. Storm season rolls in, the crowds fade away, and the coast transforms into something even more wild, moody, and deeply romantic. There’s nothing like the crash of the waves, the misty air, and the cozy feeling of embracing the elements with your loved ones.

Paige and Mitch’s wedding was the perfect reflection of the season, an intimate ceremony tucked away in the rainforest, surrounded by ancient trees and the people who matter most. And the most perfect end to their day with a cozy candlelit dinner in the Wickaninnish Inn’s wine cellar.

Getting ready together in a cozy, dreamy cabin nestled in the Tofino rainforest. 🌿

Cass + Spencer crafted a wedding day full of relaxation, intention, and meaningful touches that brought their loved ones into the celebration, even from afar:

•Cass’s hair and makeup were done on-site by the amazing .hairsylph for an stress-free start to the day.

🤍They included their parents in the first look via video call, making the moment extra special. 😭

🌼 Cass’s talented florist friend created her stunning florals.

🤍Spencer’s vows included the heartfelt story of how they met.

🎂 Cass baked their wedding cake herself, decorating it with blooms and Tofino foliage.

🤍A piece of her mother’s wedding veil was lovingly wrapped around Cass’s bouquet.

•Together, they read letters from family during a quiet moment to soak it all in.

🌲 They had their ceremony in the rainforest under a 1000+ year old tree.

A day filled with so much love, peace + intention. Brian and I are so grateful to have been a part of such a special day. ❤️
