Hey there!! So excited to let you know that we are coming back for an event tomorrow ….😱 Smoking some tasty bites with music and of course great beer! Korean bbq pork belly & brisket burnt ends, Mexican street corn salad w/blue corn chips, and will be belting out the fries!! Good morning!! Have been dreading posting this but here we are. Last season you all supported us in a tremendous way and we deeply appreciate it. Due to unforeseen health issues we have closed the restaurant and will not be opening this season. On May 31st will have a few days doing kitchen takeovers and BS BBQ will look at select events in the county during the summer. By no means is this goodbye however, it is a chapter closed for a time…thanks to everyone who supported us and came out to enjoy the food.

Well, hello there!! Haven’t chatted for a bit, but I’m sure you have been out to eat! No?!? Well, here is a peak at today’s special board. There is a new sandwich on the menu 😊 “Pull My PEC” is a chopped brisket burnt end sandwich, braised in BS BBQ sauce and root beer! This sando is a beast and comes with classic Québécois slaw and fries! We are also bringing back the OG BBq meal (so tasty) What are you waiting for? Good morning!! Welcome to another beautiful !! We are going to run a menu tester today!! “Don’t forgetta Porchetta!!” Will make your day!! Slow roasted porchetta, cracklings, arugula and garlic aioli on soft warm ciabatta bread…🤤🤤 We will also have pork belly burnt ends, “The Killer Karen” brisket sandwich and of course the “Not too Shorty” beef ribs. Well hello there! Hope you had a great weekend and got some time to enjoy the weather. (Really appreciating the natural sounds in our yard today...😊) Did you know that we also have a line of spice? Chantal and I are quite exited about them! Authentic jerk seasoning...Fleur de sel, Applewood smoked salt, and a few hand selected spice blends are currently available at the restaurant. We can also make custom blends. Let us know if there is anything we can mix up for you when visiting and we will make it happen.

Did you know that we bottle our sauces? That’s right, we have a line of sauces sold in the market !! Each one is made with the support of a local supplier (cider, mustard, fruits and sometimes beer!!) There is also a healthy dose of honey in each bottle! Two new sauces are planned for the near future (honey garlic & spiced honey) so keep an eye out for release dates.

Good afternoon bbq brethren! Smokers have been going since yesterday and the house bacon is beautiful. Add it to any sandwich or burger, grab a “pig out” poutine or just pick up a package in the store for your next breakfast. We also have the Killer “Karen brisket” sandwich and of course the new “chicken little”...🤤🤤 P.S stay tuned for the release of our “Totally Cochon” (mac’n’cheese with heavy cream, 3 types of cheese & smoked pork belly burnt ends!) coming back soon!!

Briskets are on the smoker with Shagbark hickory...14 hour journey towards meat nirvana! Grab a Killer Karen (brisket sando), Not too Shorty (beef ribs) or The Chicken Little (spicy, deep fried jerk chicken...🤤) Saturday, Sunday and Monday. **Menu Test** Pretty sure we were missing a solid chicken offering on the menu so here it is...”The Chicken Little!” Crispy jerk chicken breast, spicy pineapple chutney, maple aioli and beautifully crisp lettuce stuffed between two sweet waffles from !
