When I asked my recurring clients what is one reason why they hire me for their events, this is what they say:

The ENERGY is the room is part of the SOUL of the event!

You need to read it, feel it and shift it when needed.

How to do that?

Start by planning an energetic journey for your clients throughout the event.

Adapt once you have all the people and their energy in the room if needed, ground, move energy, cry, laugh. You feel the crowd being a little out of alignment, get them to ground with three deep breaths. You feel them being lethargic, get the music pumping and get them moving! You need to feel the energy and shift it to align to the next transformational aspect.

One of the best ways to do so, is with a key MC that steps in between each speaker or activations and reads the room. Their responsibility to shift that energy and get them ready for what is next on the schedule. Also, your event planner can feel the vibe and shift things slightly in the timeline to support what the crowd needs.

When you take special care of the ENERGY in the room, the transformations, the memories and the experience that your guests live are next level.
