We love seeing our parks full of people enjoying the outdoors - it’s what they’re there for! 💚

If you’re thinking about hosting a gathering like a wedding, birthday, picnic, or small celebration, please contact our Community Services Department at 709-489-0450 before making plans. This helps you avoid scheduling conflicts with Town events (like concerts or festivals) that may already be booked.

A few friendly reminders:
- Our parks are shared public spaces - other visitors will be there too
- We’re not able to reserve exclusive use or ask others to leave
- Parking areas must remain open and accessible at all times
- Please take everything with you when you leave (chairs, decorations, garbage, etc.)
