Planning is easier when you can see it. Before your event, we sit down with you and plan the room together. We try different layouts until it feels right, then we set it all up so you don't have to. Every table and chair is already included in your rental.

Every booking comes with a choice: 60 classic white chairs or 60 crossback chairs. Both are included in your rate, so it just comes down to the look you love.

We are the family behind Blair Event Studio 👋🏽

Did you know the name Blair comes from the street where our family’s first home in Canada was? It’s where we started over and figured out a new country, all while doing what we’ve always done: bringing people together. Building a place for other people to gather felt like the right way to carry that name forward.
